suitable for

Ideal for visa applications, short-term stays, and peace of mind during your travels in Germany and the Schengen Area.

Care Europe insurance premiums are divided into two bands: one for insured persons under 70, and one for those who have reached the age of 70. This insurance is particularly suitable for seniors aged 70 and above traveling to Germany or Europe. Premiums vary slightly depending on the duration of the insurance; the longer the coverage, the higher the risk, and the higher the premium. We recommend Care Europe because it is a product of a German insurance company, and its coverage and claims process fully comply with German insurance law. At the claims stage, Care Europe customers are treated the same as German residents, with fast claims processing and simple reimbursement.

It should also be noted that, unlike other travel insurance policies in Germany, such as Mawista, which may appear slightly cheaper, Care Europe has no high co-payments. While Mawista often requires €100 to €500 per doctor or hospital visit, Care Europe has no excess, and all medical or hospitalization costs are reimbursed 100%!

With Care Europe Schengen travel insurance, there is no limit to the amount of medical benefits that can be paid. This means that in the event of an accident requiring ambulance service (e.g., helicopter transport) or an extended stay in the ICU, the insurance can cover very high medical costs, making it ideal for seniors to travel with peace of mind.
